Your Main Responsibilities:

As a Resource and Capacity Manager, you report to the head of the base maintenance activities and ensure the balance between resource availability and operational demand in order to achieve optimal utilisation across projects and operations:

• Perform real-time analysis of available resources (man-hours, bays, etc.) versus demand to ensure optimal utilisation.
• Analyse and coordinate client, commercial, and production requirements, translating their impact on resources into actionable capacity planning.
• Manage high-level allocation of critical resources (total manpower and manpower per licence) to projects, ensuring effective prioritization and usage.
• Oversee conflict resolution on capacity issues, in coordination with management and base operations during preparation, planning, and execution phases, as well as with commercial teams during quoting and contracting.
• Co-manage overall airframe performance by ensuring a balanced utilisation rate, aligning resource planning with production and holiday scheduling to avoid over- or under-capacity.
• Act as the primary contact for slot confirmation (dates, start and end times) and slot changes, ensuring efficient communication across stakeholders. Manage long-term planning of hangar operations.
• Maintain and update the work center planning database, ensuring historical workload data is captured and used for continuous improvement.

Your Profile :

• Master degree or equivalent through experience.
• Solution oriented, stress resistant
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prepare, present, and report effectively at C-level
• Team player; able to analyse, to synthesize, to prioritise; excellent communicator
• Customer oriented and service sensitivity
• Language skills ( English and French and or Dutch)
• IT skills ( Microsoft office)
• Knowledge of AMOS is an asset
