What you'll be doing :

  • Scouting like a pro: From cold calls to creative InMails, LinkedIn sourcing to out-of-the-box hunting tactics, you're always on the lookout for top-notch IT talent.
  • Client whisperer: You’ll build and manage your own client portfolio. You’ll understand their needs, challenge them (kindly), and become their go-to for anything recruitment.
  • Full-cycle magician: From identifying prospects to sealing the deal, you're in charge of the entire recruitment process. Yes, it's 360°, and yes, it’s never boring.
  • Pitch like a boss: You’re not just selling jobs, you’re selling futures. Whether it's convincing a candidate or a client, your pitch is sharp, smart, and persuasive.
  • Relationship builder: Long-term partnerships, candidate follow-ups, client lunches (yes, the good ones), you're here to build trust and make it last.
  • A team player: You’ll contribute to a culture that’s all about celebrating wins, learning from misses, and helping each other grow.


Who you are (aside from awesome):

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree - field doesn’t matter as long as you're eager to learn
  • You’re not afraid of picking up the phone (even when you know it might be a no)
  • Resilient is your middle name: rejection doesn’t stop you, it fuels you 💥
  • A people-person with a strong commercial mindset – you love making connections and placements.
  • French Speaker + a good command of either English or Dutch (both is even better!)
  • Based in or around Brussels – our office is in Auderghem, and yes, it comes with parking
