HR Officer

Today, the HR team in Vilvoorde is looking for its new HR Officer, someone comfortable on the shop floor and eager to make a real impact on daily operations.


You will be part of a close-knit HR team, supporting the HR Manager in operational HR management, with a strong focus on blue-collar staff.


Role

  • Full HR administration for blue-collar employees (contracts, absences, social documents, etc.)
  • End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions: writing job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating with temporary staffing agencies
  • Follow-up of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Act as the first HR point of contact for production staff (approx. 200 employees on-site)
  • Actively support the HR Manager and HR team in various initiatives
  • Potential to evolve the scope of the role mid-term, with the addition of further responsibilities by end of 2025


Profile

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in operational HR in an industrial or production environment
  • You are fully bilingual Dutch/English, with a good knowledge of French
  • You are proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy being on the ground and interacting directly with teams
