Involvement in a broad range of private real estate law matters
• Advising on real estate transactions, including asset deals and share deals
• Supporting clients on due diligence and the structuring of real estate projects
• Working on property rights, lease law and complex real estate arrangements
• Assisting on planning, environmental and regulatory aspects in collaboration with specialists
• Contributing to the development of a growing Real Estate practice on the francophone market
Qualified lawyer with 1 to 3 years' experience in real estate or property law
• Belgian Master of Laws with a strong academic background
• French speaking, with an excellent command of English; passive knowledge of Dutch is an asset
• Comfortable working autonomously while integrating into a demanding team environment
