- Advise national and international clients on a wide range of employment and labor law matters.
- Draft and review employment agreements, internal policies, and compliance documentation.
- Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation before labor courts.
- Assist on cross-border matters in collaboration with colleagues from other practice groups and offices.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the practice.
- 3–6 years' experience in employment law within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with an excellent command of English.
- Strong academic background in Belgian law, with a specialization or interest in employment law.
