GL Accountant - Services Company

Our partner, an international services group, is seeking a motivated GL Accountant to strengthen its finance team in Brussels.

• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping in line with Belgian GAAP and group policies
• Manage monthly closings and deliver reliable financial reporting to the group
• Prepare VAT and tax returns; liaise with tax authorities
• Perform and monitor balance sheet reconciliations; highlight risks and opportunities
• Support statutory accounts preparation and internal/external audits
• Collaborate with the shared service center abroad and improve financial processes

• 4–5 years of experience in general accounting within an international context
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar; SAP and IFRS exposure are a plus

• Gross salary between €3,800 – €4,000/month (depending on experience)
• Company car and fuel card (or mobility budget)

• Meal vouchers, eco vouchers and net expense allowance (€125–€150)
• Flexible work environment: 2 days at the office, rest remote
• 30–35 days off annually, 40h/week contract
