Corporate & M&A Associate | International Deal Exposure

Our client is a leading independent Belgian law firm, advising top-tier companies, and is looking for a Corporate & M&A Associate to strengthen its deal team.

They advise large Belgian and international corporates, financial institutions and private equity funds, and are known for their entrepreneurial mindset, high-quality standards and pragmatic approach.

You'll join a human-sized yet highly reputed firm, where lawyers are encouraged to think independently, challenge conventions and actively contribute to the development of the practice. Expect complex cross-border work, direct client exposure and a collaborative culture.

• Advising Belgian and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Working on private equity deals, joint ventures and strategic investments
• Assisting with corporate restructurings and broader corporate advisory work
• Collaborating with banking and finance teams on acquisition financing
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents
• Being involved in corporate litigation aspects linked to transactions when relevant

• Experience: 3–7 years' experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm
• Languages: Fluent Dutch + strong working knowledge of English and French
• Qualifications: Belgian-qualified lawyer with a solid academic background
