Develop and grow a client portfolio within the freelance / contract market
Identify and open new high-potential accounts
Understand clients' business challenges and projects to deliver tailored solutions
Build and manage a strong network of qualified freelance consultants
Negotiate commercial terms (daily rates, margins, contracts)
Actively contribute to the structuring and strategic direction of Sander's freelance practice

Proven experience in a commercial or business management role (ideally in recruitment, consulting, or services)
Strong appetite for business development and new client acquisition
Comfortable in performance-driven environments
Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented and value-focused
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in French (or Dutch) and English
