Join Sanofi's General Medicines division where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial strategy for General Medicines (GenMed) and Specialty Care (SPC) across Belgium and Luxembourg. As a Key Account Manager, you'll spearhead hospital account management for our VIP and Priority segments, cultivating strategic partnerships and delivering innovative, value-added solutions that directly improve patient outcomes. You'll also provide guidance to the Trade Coordinator, ensuring excellence across our Transactional segment.

Main responsibilities:
- Pro-actively lead hospital account management for General Medicines (GenMed) and Specialty Care (SPC) by implementing the GenMed/SPC Belux commercial strategy
- Establish and maintain customer segmentation, including criteria, products and approach per segment
- Define and execute support strategies for VIP and Priority hospital accounts, with face-to-face visits for VIP segments and virtual handling for Priority segments
- Support and drive contract and tender negotiation process in a compliant way that demonstrates the value of Sanofi's offering
- Create intimacy to pave the way for successful hospital product launches, assessing existing practices/protocols
- Collaborate transversally to develop and implement effective action plans incorporating all elements of the Sanofi GenMed/SPC offering
- Support our Collection department in addressing deviation to official payment terms
About you- University degree ideally within healthcare/life sciences ideally Pharmacy or strong sales experience
- Proven experience dealing with hospitals, with an established network of hospital Pharmacists (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of healthcare systems
- Verbal and written fluency in French and English; ability to speak Dutch would be beneficial
- Strategic mindset with high initiative skills and drive for optimal business results
- Capability to innovate, lead and drive change with a digital open mind
- Knowledge of omnichannel management and implementation
- Valid driving license (scope is Belgium)
