Service description:

• As a Security Project Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Security Project Leader in monitoring the various security projects. In consultation with the Project Leader, you will take the necessary steps to successfully complete the security projects within the set timeframe, budget, and quality requirements. You will also ensure the correct application of the applicable Security policy and procedures.

• In consultation with the Project Leader, you will be responsible for the administrative management of the Security projects, from the concept phase to the implementation phase and delivery of the projects in the various high-voltage substations.

• Monitoring the security project planning through various (administrative) channels and systems

• Providing detailed progress reporting on various security projects, both in terms of concrete implementation and allocated budget.
• Drawing up the various project notes per project
• Preparing permit files for fencing projects, for example
• Participating in tours of the various sites to determine the scope of the security concept
• Participating in meetings with other departments in the context of determining the scope and rollout of security projects, as well as assisting the Security Project Leader in providing a concrete delivery time with the various internal and external stakeholders.
• Drawing up internal instructions and work processes, as well as providing administrative management of materials in the Security stock (placing orders, etc.)
