As a
Project Manager / Business Analyst
, you will guide the change within our daily banking roadmap across digital channels. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless integration into existing digital platforms and contributing to a world‑class customer experience.
Accountabilities
Your responsibilities as Project Manager / Business Analyst will include:
• Managing the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders including customer experience, marketing, and operations
• Collaborating with the solution design team to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with the company's digital strategy
• Overseeing development and testing activities, including integration with existing digital channels and systems
• Developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, and schedules
• Coordinating with stakeholders such as IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery
• Managing project risks, issues, and change processes, including mitigation plans
• Developing and managing project budgets
• Ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality project deployments
Languages
English:
Strong written and spoken communication skills are required, as English is the corporate language within the department
French:
Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus
Dutch:
Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus
Profile
• Master's degree with relevant experience in similar projects
• Project Management Methodology certification is an asset
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably in a digital channels environment
