Responsibilities Collect, understand, and challenge business requirements from stakeholders. Produce functional deliverables: user stories, use cases, specifications, business process diagrams (UML, BPMN, etc.). Model and optimize business processes. Define functional test cases, validate developments, and participate in UAT. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Project Manager. Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior team members. Skills Functional analysis - 10+ years of experience. Strong expertise in BPMN, UML, user stories, and business process modeling. Hands-on experience with SQL for troubleshooting and validation. Good understanding of application architectures (front-end, back-end, API, databases). Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent command of English. Nice-to-have: Experience in application migration, reengineering, or modernization projects. Knowledge of ITIL, Togaf, or Prince2 standards. Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
