👉 Project Description

We are currently looking for a Digital Design & DFT Engineer to support a leading client in the semiconductor industry. You’ll contribute to the development of advanced mixed-signal SoCs, focusing on RTL synthesis and Design-for-Test (DFT) implementation.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for scan insertion, test vector generation, and synthesis using Synopsys Fusion Compiler. You will work closely with design and verification teams to ensure the digital blocks are testable, optimally synthesized, and ready for silicon implementation.

👉 Your Responsibilities

• Perform RTL synthesis and optimization using Synopsys Fusion Compiler.
• Implement DFT structures including scan chains and ATPG vector generation.
• Collaborate with RTL, verification, and backend teams to integrate and validate DFT logic.
• Contribute to signoff processes including timing, LEC, and DFT coverage.
• Support silicon bring-up and test debug activities.

👉 Your Strengths

• 3+ years of experience in digital ASIC design, synthesis, and DFT.
• Solid hands-on expertise with Fusion Compiler and DFT flows.
• Strong understanding of scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage optimization.
• Skilled in Verilog/SystemVerilog and scripting (e.g. Tcl, Python).
• Proactive and independent, able to work efficiently in a multi-site team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
