👉 Project Description

We are supporting a leading player in the electronics industry in developing and implementing advanced test solutions for integrated circuits (ASIC). As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Test Engineer specialized in ASIC test solutions who will act as the technical interface between our international customers and test partners. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the test solution, including characterization and qualification of customer integrated circuits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and overall planning of the project work packages in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Setting up the ASIC test solution with the test house
• Discussing the ASIC prototype-to-production volume ramp plan with the customer, including characterization and qualification phases
• Organizing volume production after the ramp-up phase
• Proposing and driving cost improvement plans such as yield improvement, multi-site test solutions, and different packaging options in close cooperation with the customer and test house

👉 Your strengths

• Master’s degree in Electronics with preferably over 5 years of relevant experience in ASIC testing
• Proven experience in ASIC qualification (HTOL, HAST, TC, ESD, LU, etc.)
• Ability to manage projects in a structured and proactive manner
• Strong customer orientation and initiative-taking mindset
• Good command of English is mandatory
