👉 Project Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Windows Server Engineer to strengthen our IT infrastructure team as part of a high-impact project in a demanding environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the robustness, performance, and scalability of Windows-based systems and infrastructures. You will contribute to the implementation of best practices, the optimization of processes, and the resolution of complex issues.

You will play a key role in managing servers, automating tasks, and guaranteeing service continuity.

Your tasks will involve:

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems and management tools.
• Ensuring high availability and optimal performance of IT services.
• Writing and maintaining scripts (PowerShell, Python…) to automate processes.
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
• Maintaining backup, security, and redundancy strategies.
• Participating in the design and continuous improvement of support systems.
• Liaising with vendors and internal teams for effective issue resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
• Providing Level 3 support in critical situations.

👉 Your strengths

• 5+ years of experience as a Windows Server/System Engineer.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft environments (Active Directory, GPO, etc.).
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Python…).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of GCP, VMware, or GitLab/Terraform is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (spoken and written).
