We are seeking an experienced
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director
to lead the FP&A function and the group FP&A team. In this role, you will be responsible for business planning and reporting that support the overall business objectives and drive financial growth. You will be expected to partner with senior leadership and the local teams to provide actionable insights, drive performance, and ensure alignment with the company's financial goals. You will be reporting to the group CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Manage the group annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-term forecasting process in close collaboration with the regional and local teams.
Conduct variance analysis to understand financial performance, identifying trends, potential issues and drive corrective actions.
Reporting & Analysis:
Own the preparation and delivery of regular financial reporting packages, including monthly and annual financial results.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results and key metrics.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the group FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and performance culture.
Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members, helping them grow in their careers.
Process Improvement & Systems:
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
