M365 Security Consultant

Are you passionate about securing modern digital environments with Microsoft technologies?
At SecWise, we're looking for hands-on
M365 Security Consultants
with expertise in either
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
or
Microsoft Defender/Sentinel
. Whether your strength lies in securing identities or detecting threats, you'll help our clients build secure, cloud-first workplaces.

Depending on your area of expertise, you'll focus on one of the following domains:

If IAM is your thing:

• Design and implement secure identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra
• Advise on IAM architecture and lifecycle integration
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable identity strategies
• Stay ahead of evolving identity threats and technologies

If you're into Defender & Sentinel:

• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Defender tools (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps, etc.)
• Design and optimize cloud-based security infrastructures
• Integrate Microsoft Sentinel and other SIEM platforms
• Lead workshops and help clients adopt secure-by-design principles

In both cases, you'll work closely with IT teams, executives, and end-users—translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable solutions.

Who are you?

You're a proactive, curious security professional who loves to learn and share knowledge. You combine
technical expertise
with
strong communication skills
, and you're comfortable working with both engineers and business stakeholders.

Experience with either:

• Microsoft IAM technologies (e.g. Entra ID)
• Microsoft Defender and Sentinel (including SCCM, Intune, and endpoint security)
• A mindset for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Microsoft security certifications—or the ambition to earn them
