As Engineering Manager, you will manage all engineers in the Wireless department. Together with your team, you will ensure that the services and/or products Securitas offers its customers are designed, built and operated in a professional manner to guarantee the service level agreements agreed with the customer. You will focus on managing solutions in the field of electronic security and critical communications. You will provide technical advice and daily support to members of your team. Engineers can perform engineering tasks independently. Together with your team, you ensure that customers always receive the best possible service, taking their needs into account. You will make an important contribution to Securitas' image in the field of technology. As Engineering Manager, you will manage engineers in the north and south of the country. You have at least 3 years of successful work experience in the Wireless (Radio and Radio Frequency) sector as an Engineering Manager (Must). You have an affinity for team management and a good knowledge of technology. You are proactive with strong analytical skills, you are able to identify your engineers' problems and you look for solutions. You are honest, a team player and able to work independently. You have a very good verbal and written command of Dutch and French. A job within a dynamic team with the option of working from home and/or the nearest Securitas office.
