THE ROLE

This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role combining strategy, commercial development, and people management:

• Full responsibility for the Belgium & Luxembourg subsidiary, including P&L.
• Lead, structure, coach and assess a cross-functional team of 10-12 people (Sales, Back-Office, Planning, Projects, A&D).
• Define and defend local market strategies in collaboration with HQ.
• Lead internal change management to foster stronger collaboration and performance culture.
• Personally develop key client accounts with a strong focus on corporate end-customers.
• Be highly visible in the market: networking, client events, design & build community.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong leader who combines commercial drive with organizational leadership:

• Proven experience managing commercial teams.
• Strong commercial experience with key account development.
• Experienced in B2B project sales in a related field like workspace, lighting, flooring, construction, architecture, or similar.
• Capable of operating both strategically and operationally in a lean organization.
• You are assertive, people-oriented, hands-on, with excellent communication skills.
• Native Dutch (or perfect fluency), strong English, and solid French.
