Social Media Lead

Serax is a Belgian design label driven by a passion for aesthetics, craftsmanship, and innovation. In collaboration with leading designers, we create unique collections in interior design, tableware, lighting, and furniture. We also manage the brands valerie objects and our in-house designer Marie Michielssen. Each brand has its own identity, with design as the common thread.

Your Role

As Social Media Lead, you are the creative mind behind our social media channels:

• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for Serax, valerie objects, and in-house designer Marie Michielssen
• You ensure a consistent visual and content style for each brand
• You actively build communities and strengthen brand identity
• You identify and set up collaborations with content creators, influencers, and tastemakers in the design, fashion, and lifestyle world
• You create your own content (photo and video) and edit it with ease using graphic tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• You analyze the performance of your content and adjust strategies when necessary 

What we are looking for

• You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within premium brands (fashion, beauty, design, etc.)
• You’re passionate about design and interiors and have a deep understanding of the Serax universe
• You have a strong sense of aesthetics, are creative, and can also think strategically
• You have experience setting up and managing organic social media campaigns
• You can shoot and edit photo and video content for social media professionally
• You write fluently and flawlessly in both Dutch and English. French is a strong plus 
• You’re proactive, organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
