We’re looking for a Key Account Manager E-Retail to accelerate our growth with leading global pure players. You’ll build strong strategic relationships, boost our digital visibility, and turn data-driven insights into real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key partnerships with major e-tailers
- Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue, profitability, and brand activation, including the setup of digital activations and joint campaigns
- Negotiate annual agreements
- Drive new business development and lead the onboarding of new e-retail accounts
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain & customer service
- Analyse market and customer data to drive smart decisions
- Report sales performance, forecasts & KPIs
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in international key account management, preferably within e-retail and the home & living industry
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and commonly used e-retail tools (e.g., analytics dashboards)
- Commercially driven, passionate about design, results-oriented, and strong in negotiation
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with digital shelf & e-retail marketing
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to own projects independently
- Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
