Key Account Manager E-Retail


We’re looking for a Key Account Manager E-Retail to accelerate our growth with leading global pure players. You’ll build strong strategic relationships, boost our digital visibility, and turn data-driven insights into real commercial impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key partnerships with major e-tailers
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue, profitability, and brand activation, including the setup of digital activations and joint campaigns
  • Negotiate annual agreements 
  • Drive new business development and lead the onboarding of new e-retail accounts
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain & customer service
  • Analyse market and customer data to drive smart decisions
  • Report sales performance, forecasts & KPIs


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in international key account management, preferably within e-retail and the home & living industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and commonly used e-retail tools (e.g., analytics dashboards)
  • Commercially driven, passionate about design, results-oriented, and strong in negotiation
  • Analytical thinking and familiarity with digital shelf & e-retail marketing
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to own projects independently
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
