Logistics and Parts Coordinator

Join our team as a Logistics and Parts Coordinator and take charge of the smooth movement and storage of materials and products that keep our operations running at full speed. You'll work with both manual handling and low-complexity equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, making sure safety, quality, and efficiency are always top priorities. Every day you'll log material flows, perform equipment checks, and coordinate transfers to optimize workflow across departments. Your sharp attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure our inventory is always accurate and our customers always satisfied.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Handle and maintain material flow in line with strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Accurately log the movement of incoming and outgoing materials to keep inventory records precise and up to date.
  • Perform daily safety and functionality checks on equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
  • Coordinate material transfers, working closely with team members and other departments to streamline workflows.
  • Follow quality standards and industry regulations to safeguard product integrity and ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or material handling environments.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (license or certification preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
