Are you a passionate Odoo Developer ready to take on large-scale ERP transformation projects?

We’re looking for an experienced Odoo specialist to join a mission-critical project focusing on HR modules, process automation, and backend integration within a high-profile international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Odoo framework (Community & Enterprise)
• Integrate Odoo with external systems using REST, FastAPI, xml-rpc, and json-rpc
• Create and manage database models using PostgreSQL
• Build and adapt UI components using Qweb, Bootstrap, SASS, and modern front-end tools
• Collaborate in an agile team environment with GitHub Enterprise
• Support ERP projects focused on HR, including payroll, recruitment, and internal workflows

• Languages: Python, JavaScript
• Frameworks: Odoo, FastAPI
• Templating: Qweb
• DB: PostgreSQL
• Version Control: GitHub Enterprise
• Web Services: REST, FastAPI, xml-rpc, json-rpc
• Front-end: Bootstrap, CSS, SASS
• Bonus: Oracle C19, Odoo server admin, Odoo certification

What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of programming principles, object-oriented design, and relational databases
• Deep familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem, especially the Odoo Community Association (OCA)
• Proven experience meeting deadlines and communicating in structured, clear ways
• Fluent English, working knowledge of French
• Self-driven, quick learner, team player

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Odoo ERP for Human Resources
• Front-end customization experience in Odoo
• Server-side knowledge of Odoo deployment and configuration
