Site Manager / Working Manager

Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the project team and the Mercury Safety Advisor. Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Mercury Project team and Project manager. Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there are weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors. Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to time administrator for tracking centrally. Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings Assistance with the close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the support of the project manager Drive the Mercury Engineering culture of safety and quality through the project. Provide the safety and quality leadership required on all Mercury projects. Ensure all Subcontractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference. File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the Support of your Project team. 5 years’ experience as Senior Construction Manager or 10 years as Construction Manager ~Proven record managing large installation projects and sub-contractors ~ In depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality compliance ~ Excellent technical knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural design and installations ~ Highly proficient in English language
