Site Manager Foundations

Overview

Site Manager Foundations role at Soetaert (Part of Jan De Nul Group). Focus on innovative foundation techniques, shoring, and soil improvement for buildings and infrastructure projects. Assigned to construction sites in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing daily on-site activities.
• Monitor and coordinate construction works to ensure the project plan is followed.
• Supervise soil mixing teams and communicate with subcontractors; perform administrative follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding quality, safety, and the environment.

Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a technical secondary school diploma (A2) with relevant experience. Junior site managers are welcome to apply. You have an affinity for soil mechanics and foundation techniques. You work accurately, in a structured way, and value creativity and motivation. You will be assigned to construction sites in Belgium.
