Group Product Manager

At Sofico, we don't just build software, our flagship product, Miles Enterprise, is the silent powerhouse behind complex leasing, fleet, and mobility operations across continents. It's mission-critical, high-impact, and constantly evolving.

As Senior Group Product Manager, you'll be steering the product direction of Miles Enterprise by leading a group of ~6 Product Managers across Use Case and Product Domain teams. You'll guide them in translating customer needs and industry trends into clear product strategies, while balancing the realities of delivery timelines and budgets.

Much of the product development for Miles Enterprise takes place in the context of customer implementation projects and change requests, your roadmap will be strongly driven by these commitments. You play a central role in balancing customer delivery requirements with long-term product evolution.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coach ~6 Product Managers to focus on customer value and delivery excellence.
• Define and communicate the strategic product vision for Miles Enterprise.
• Align roadmap with customer commitments and long-term goals.
• Integrate project-driven development into the global product roadmap.
• Ensure reusability of features developed for customer projects.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery in close collaboration with Engineering and Delivery.
• Validate customer needs and ensure features deliver real business outcomes.
• Establish decision processes and frameworks for balancing competing priorities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, project leaders, and internal stakeholders.

You're a master of stakeholder management, able to navigate competing interests and needs with diplomacy and clarity.

Your organizational skills are second to none, you know how to prioritize, delegate, and keep the wheels turning.

And above all, you're customer-focused, always seeking to understand and deliver what truly matters.

What else is expected

• 8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading Product Managers
• Experience in enterprise software shaped by customer projects and change requests
• Proven track record of delivering complex software on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Deep customer empathy and ability to translate needs into scalable solutions
• English fluency is a must, Dutch is a plus.
