Spott is a YC-backed AI startup with its office in Leuven, Belgium. We are on a mission to transform the recruitment industry. Together, we’re building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements and help everyone find the right job more easily.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, consulting or agency recruiting.

✔️ Strong network or background in recruitment (tech) is a plus.

✔️ Proven track record of scaling revenue and user adoption through structured growth playbooks.

✔️ High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.

✔️ Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus


What You’ll Do

✔️ Strategy and planning: Define ICP, messaging, channel mix, targets, and the experiment roadmap to drive predictable demand.

✔️ Execution and pipeline creation: Build and run programs across paid, content/SEO, outbound, events, and lifecycle to grow awareness, capture leads, and create qualified demand.

✔️Measurement and optimization: Own reporting and attribution, track channel and campaign performance, and continuously improve volume, quality, and cost efficiency of demand.
