Together, we’re building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close significantly more placements.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to help use drive high-impact projects across GTM, operations, strategy, and execution. This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is hungry to learn, thrives in ambiguity, and gets things done. If you’re excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup , this is an opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to building and scaling a company.

✔️ You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field

✔️ 1-3 years of experience in startups, operations, sales, consulting or a strong track record of executing ambitious projects.

✔️ Strong analytical skills - Able to process data and make sound recommendations.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✔️ Bias for action - Fast-moving and execution-focused.

✔️ A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Work directly with the founders in driving driving execution and key company initiatives.

✔️ Support Marketing & Sales Enablement.

✔️ Analyze competitors and market trends to inform decision making.

✔️ Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product.

✔️ Improve internal processes and operations to ensure efficiency.

✔️ If desired, take ownership of specific deals or negotiations.

We'll review your application, in 48 hours you will hear back from us

2. Screening call (30min)

We want to learn about your motivations to join Spott, determine why you’d be a great fit, and answer any questions you may have for us

3. Founder interview (60min)

Interview with one of Spott’s founders to assess your skills across key areas like analysis, communication, ownership, sales and execution.

4. Culture interview (60min)

We go in more detail on your past experiences, how you like to work, etc. to learn whether there’s a fit with our way of working and what we value
