Are you a seasoned (Key) Account Manager with a passion for textiles and a knack for building strong, lasting client relationships?
Spring Professional is looking for a Sales Professional who feels at home in the German-speaking market to drive the growth of our client across the DACH region.
What You’ll Do
Your mission is clear: understand the customer, anticipate market needs, and turn insight into action. You’ll be the crucial link between our clients, design team, and internal sales operations. From identifying market opportunities to co-developing technical solutions with our designers, you will:
- Manage and grow existing accounts while hunting for new prospects.
- Translate client needs into actionable input for design and production.
- Coordinate closely with inside sales for efficient follow-up and support.
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs and on client visits – expect to spend up to 50% of your time traveling across the DACH region.
- Collaborate closely with all the internal departments, spend 50% of your time at the office in West-Flanders (no home office).
Who You Are
We value expertise over formal education. What matters most is your ability to connect, communicate, and convert. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in (Key) Account Management, preferably in B2B or technical sales.
- A strong affinity with the textile sector – industry knowledge is a plus.
- You speak German fluently and can communicate with your colleagues in English (or Dutch) for internal coordination.
- A strategic mindset paired with analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel to the DACH Region (50% of the time) and commute regularly to our offices in West-Flanders to foster team connection.
Location Requirement!
This position is based in Belgium and requires regular presence at our headquarters. Remote work from abroad is not possible, as close on-site collaboration with our teams is essential to the role.
