HR Business Partner


Squareflow is a growing company founded in 2020 by entrepreneurs. We embrace technology to create business value with Odoo as an enabler. We believe that any business can be digital first.


Today, Squareflow has a team of 35 people and offices in Brussels and Luxembourg. Due to the growing demand in Flanders and with the support of our group, Moore Belgium, we are launching a new office in Flanders.


To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner. As HR Business Partner, you'll be in regular contact with employees and actively collaborate with the HR Manager on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR projects, while developing a solid understanding of the business and its people needs.


Function:

As a HR Business Partner, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include :

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, preparing offers
  • Organize and coordinate the on and offboarding of employees
  • Assist the HR Manager in understanding the human challenges and development of the teams, including follow-up and career development of our consultants
  • Support the HR Manager in different innovative HR projects (Learning & Development, Performance, turnover, retention, talent development… )
  • Keep the performance management tool updated and support performance-related processes.
  • Propose and implement creative ideas about the employer branding (internal & external)
  • Deploy the HR processes in local teams (Brussels, Luxembourg, etc), taking into account the specificities of each local legislation and operational reality
  • Act as the main point of contact for interactions with the external payroll provider and social security office in Luxembourg.


Profile:

  • 0-3 year experience in the HR world (junior with potential is an option!)
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Interest in technology and/or consulting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
  • Comfortable with handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
