#Your function

Our client’s Corporate & M&A team is recognised as one of the strongest in Belgium, advising both national and international clients across a broad range of complex transactions.

As a Mid-Level Associate you will:

• Advise on M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals
• Assist in capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents
• Manage files from start to finish with direct client interaction
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups and international partner law firms
• Contribute actively to the team’s further growth and mentor junior associates

#Your profile

• Belgian Master of Laws; additional LL.M. or advanced Master in Corporate/Business Law is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A, ideally gained at a leading law firm
• Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in French
• Strong legal and drafting skills combined with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
• Organised, proactive, and capable of handling tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Eager to grow, show initiative, and make a tangible impact within the team
