Your function

• Manage and develop a team of motivated tax professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Provide expert advice on corporate income tax, international taxation, M&A, transfer pricing and reorganisations
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients across multiple sectors and jurisdictions
• Ensure high-quality and timely handling of compliance and advisory work
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary assignments with colleagues in Legal, VAT and Transaction Advisory
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the continuous improvement of internal processes

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Law or Economics, ideally in taxation and an openness to obtaining the ITAA
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax
• Strong communicator with excellent level of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach junior team members
• Client-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and business-focused approach
• Independent, structured and critical thinker who takes ownership and responsibility
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and a teamplayer
