Junior Corporate Tax Lawyer (GER + ENG) - Tiberghien

The opportunity in a nutshell

Your function

You will be part of the Corporate Tax team, which offers a wide range of services, including:

• Daily tax management for organizations
• Management of tax risks
• Compliance processes
• Advice and support during tax audits and disputes
• Guidance on tax incentives for companies, including innovation-related incentives
• Tax aspects of (Belgian and/or cross-border) corporate restructurings, including M&A
• Advice on private equity fund structures and management incentives
• International corporate taxation, including advice on double taxation treaties, tax aspects of foreign entities in Belgium (permanent establishments, profit allocation, compliance, etc.), compensation, and transfer pricing

Given Tiberghien’s (inter)national focus, you will also apply your knowledge and expertise to German-speaking clients and contribute to the further development of the German-speaking market.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in law and (in the process of completing) an additional degree in taxation
• A first professional experience in corporate tax
• Excellent knowledge of German, fluent English + French OR Dutch
• You are eager to learn, communicative, and a team player
