Responsibilities

As a V-CARE Planner Assistant, you play an important role in the coordination and follow-up of vehicle deliveries from production to retailers. You work closely with logistics partners, shipping lines, external compounds, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate reporting, and efficient process execution. You also support system maintenance and issue resolution to keep operations running smoothly.

This role includes various daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with logistics partners and internal teams
• Monitor and resolve delays, urgent cases, or blocked vehicles
• Support shipping operations, including booking, vessel planning, and volume updates
• Track and report performance using tools like Excel and Power BI
• Support planning meetings and prepare reports on delivery non-compliance
• Handle system tasks, such as vehicle release updates and follow-up on blocked units
• Assist with launch campaigns and backlog recovery plans
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and timely vehicle distribution.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Solid Excel skills; Power BI or logistics system knowledge is a must.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
