Role: Client Advisor M/F - Antwerp

STONE ISLAND is looking for one Client Advisor Full Time for it Boutique in Antwerp from September 2025 to end of August 2026.

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and a natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs, by building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.

Main Responsibilities:

· Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the quality standards required by the brand ;

· Act as a brand ambassador to the boutique's clientele ;

· Welcome, advise, and handle sales to local and international clients ;

· Present the Stone Island universe by detailing its collections ;

· Provide personalized advice by meeting clients' expectations and requests ;

· Manage after-sales service and ensure follow-up with clients ;

· Ensure the proper upkeep of the store from a Visual Merchandising perspective in accordance with company policy ;

· Participate in the planning and preparation of Visual Merchandising rotations, in agreement with the store manager ;

· Assist in the installation of window displays according to Stone Island standards and manage product rotations in the windows ;

· Acquire in-depth knowledge of all product categories and become a driving force for Visual Merchandising to actively contribute to business development ;

Skills and Experience Desired:

· Strong commercial skills acquired during significant previous experiences ;

· Strong product and Visual Merchandising sensitivity ;

· Passion for Client Advisory, Fashion, and trends ;

· Excellent interpersonal skills and great listening ability ;

· Sense of service, team spirit, ability to work independently ;

· Reliability, punctuality, flexibility;

· Fluency & sophistication in Dutch, French and English, another language is a plus ;

· Strong affinity with the brand's style and ability to embody it perfectly.
