🔍 What you'll do:

⚔️ Run full kill-chain Red Team & Purple Team exercises

🧠 Research threats, reverse engineer malware, and build custom tooling

💬 Translate technical risk into real business impact

💡 Contribute to talks, whitepapers, and community projects

🤝 Be a trusted advisor to global clients

🔧 You bring:

✅ 2+ yrs pentest/Red Team experience

✅ Infra-as-Code, containers, and low-level coding skills

✅ OS & cloud security knowledge (Azure, MDE, Sentinel, etc.)

✅ Passion, curiosity, and drive to grow in a non-corporate, agile setup

🎯 Bonus points:

🛡️ OffSec certs (OSCP/OSEP)

🌍 Experience in OT/ICS, Threat Hunting, or cloud architecture

🗣️ English fluency (Dutch/French = bonus!)
