Senior Demand Planner

🚀 We’re hiring: Sr Demand Planner (Europe)

We are looking for a Sr Demand Planner to strengthen our European planning capability and play a key role in shaping demand visibility across multiple markets. This is a strategic position at the heart of the business, where commercial ambition, financial insight and supply chain execution come together.

🌍 The role

You will own the end-to-end demand planning process for Europe and act as the critical link between the business and the supply chain. You will lead the monthly forecasting cycle, deliver consensus forecasts within the IBP framework, and continuously improve forecast accuracy and bias.

Working closely with Sales, Finance and Operations, you will translate market intelligence, promotions, pricing actions and customer insights into robust demand plans. You will facilitate Demand Review meetings, align demand with supply and inventory plans, and lead the resolution of exceptions in a structured, collaborative way.

In addition, you will contribute to process improvements, global optimisation initiatives and demand planning tool implementations, while ensuring strong data quality and governance across systems.

🧠 What we’re looking for

You bring five to seven years of experience in demand planning, ideally within FMCG, retail or complex supply environments. You are confident working with SAP and preferably have hands-on experience with SAP IBP or similar planning tools.

You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions. You are structured, proactive and comfortable operating in an international, fast-moving environment. English is the primary working language, so Dutch is not a requirement.
