NetSuite Specialist – SaaS Growth Business (Belgium)

We are partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS company that is undergoing a financial transformation. To support this expansion, they are looking for a skilled
NetSuite expert
to own their ERP platform and drive the implementation and then work on the daily maintenance.

The Opportunity

• Take responsibility for the administration, configuration, and overall performance of NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives post go-live across reporting, workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Deliver user support, training, and documentation to maximise adoption and system efficiency.
• Manage enhancement projects such as module rollouts, reporting improvements, and process optimisation.
• Engage with external partners when needed while keeping strong internal ownership of NetSuite.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or ERP Specialist.
• Strong skills in NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, and analytics.
• Solid knowledge of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Track record of gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and partnering with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow; SuiteScript knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
