Procurement Specialist

Support a major industrial project as a Procurement Support Specialist, focusing on SAP, vendors, and procurement operations.

We are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to support a large-scale industrial project. In this role, you will support procurement and P2P processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate SAP administration.

• Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and vendor data in SAP.
• Monitor deliveries, update schedules, and support invoice control.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team.
• Facilitate and improve P2P processes and workflows.
• Creation of new vendors, verification of vendor details, and maintenance of vendor data.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the (petro)chemical or industrial sector.
• Solid knowledge of SAP (P2P module).
• Fluency in Dutch AND English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
