Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and optimization of customer onboarding journeys within a digital product and sales environment. This role focuses on creating seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences that support the full customer lifecycle, from initial engagement through activation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Design clear and user-friendly onboarding flows across digital platforms.
• Map and optimize end-to-end user journeys aligned with business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights.

User Research

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Translate user insights into actionable design improvements.
• Document findings in a structured and shareable way.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business needs.
• Ensure design solutions are aligned with technical constraints and objectives.

Technical & Design System Expertise

• Work within and contribute to a Design System (components, tokens, accessibility).
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Figma (auto-layouts, templates, file structure).
• Ensure accessibility compliance and feasibility within complex IT environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Leadership

• Lead UX/UI initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Promote user-centred design practices.
• Mentor and support other designers within the team.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise or complex environments.
• Mandatory experience in customer lifecycle and onboarding journeys.
• Strong experience with Design Systems and component-based design.
• Technical understanding of front-end principles (tokens, architecture, systems) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• English required; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
