Operational Performance Analyst

We are seeking a Operational Efficiency Specialist to support a high-tech environment in optimizing its day-to-day operations. In this role, you will monitor and guide the flow of critical projects, ensuring that resources are used effectively and priorities are aligned across teams. You will leverage operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to uncover patterns, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design and execute process improvement initiatives across internal workflows, supply chain, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers and team leads to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution of high-impact projects.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and implement actionable solutions.
• Track, report, and communicate progress of efficiency initiatives to leadership and team members.

What we expect from you:

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, business analytics, or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
