Business Controller – Your Tasks

• Lead the monthly closing and reporting processes for your business unit or region
• Perform detailed cost and margin analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Track CAPEX and project investments, ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring clarity and accountability
• Support operational teams with financial insights to improve plant or service performance
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Group FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Prepare and deliver insightful presentations to senior leadership

Business Controller – Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Engineering, or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or Financial Analysis
• Automotive or industrial background is a strong plus
• Solid analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident communicator, able to challenge and support stakeholders
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (knowledge of both is a plus)
• Comfortable with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Jedox, etc.)
