Business Controller – Your Tasks
- Lead the monthly closing and reporting processes for your business unit or region
- Perform detailed cost and margin analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Track CAPEX and project investments, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Support operational teams with financial insights to improve plant or service performance
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Group FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Prepare and deliver insightful presentations to senior leadership
Business Controller – Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Business Engineering, or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or Financial Analysis
- Automotive or industrial background is a strong plus
- Solid analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Confident communicator, able to challenge and support stakeholders
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (knowledge of both is a plus)
- Comfortable with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Jedox, etc.)
