This program involves multiple teams (front-end web development, back-end integrations, ERP interfaces, and third-party applications) working together in a complex environment to deliver a strategic release.br /br /br / br /br /br /The current setup requires strong leadership to structure, coordinate, and drive delivery. The ideal candidate will not simply act as a messenger but as a true Delivery Lead, capable of challenging teams (application teams), engaging stakeholders, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring commitment across the board.br /br /br / br /br /br /Key responsibilitiesbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Project Leadership: Organize, coordinate, and follow up on project plans, steering committees, and deliverablesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Delivery Ownership: Ensure milestones are achieved on time, proactively managing risks and dependenciesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of coordination between development teams (front-end, back-end, ERP), business stakeholders, and third-party partnersbr /br /br /br /br /br /Decision Support: Push for assertive decisions, challenge the status quo, and guide the business toward standard solutions where possiblebr /br /br /br /br /br /Team Coaching: Energize, structure, and drive teams in a less mature (non-agile) setup, increasing delivery agilitybr /br /br /br /br /br /Risk Management: Anticipate delivery risks and propose mitigation plansbr /br /br /br /br /br /Communication: Run clear and efficient steering meetings, ensuring alignment and commitment across all stakeholdersbr /br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Experience skillsbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Minimum 5 years#39; proven experience as Project Manager or Project Lead in large, complex environmentsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (internal + third parties)br /br /br /br /br /br /Strong application delivery management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects to productionbr /br /br /br /br /br /Ability to challenge technical teams on both front-end, back-end, and ERP integrationbr /br /br /br /br /br /Familiarity with Application Delivery projects and risk managementbr /br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Soft skillsbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Assertive, structured, and result-drivenbr /br /br /br /br /br /Able to energize and motivate teamsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Excellent communication skills — can simplify complexity for steering committeesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Collaborative, but not afraid to challenge or push back when neededbr /br /br /br /br /br /Dynamic personality with a positive and constructive mindsetbr /br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Languagesbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /English: Fluent (mandatory)br /br /br /br /br /br /French or Dutch: Active knowledge in at least one, with passive understanding of the otherbr /br /
