SharePoint Expert

We are looking for a SharePoint & O365 Expert to support a long-term migration project and provide advanced assistance to end users. The consultant will work closely with the existing SharePoint expert as part of a two-person team and will play a key role in the migration from legacy environments to SharePoint Online. Mission context Primary focus on data migration from NAS / in-house solutions to SharePoint Online. Support end users through workshops, training, and advanced troubleshooting. Occasional work outside business hours (evenings/weekends) may be required for migration activities. Extra hours can be recovered during the week. Key responsibilities Migrate data from local NAS folders to SharePoint Online using the SharePoint Migration Tool. Assist end users with complex SharePoint Online issues (e.g., broken links in Office documents, access management, permissions). Conduct workshops and training sessions to guide users through the new environment. Collaborate with the SharePoint expert and project team to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare and execute migration plans, documentation, and communication for impacted users. Profile Required languages Dutch - (big plus) French - Mandatory English - Mandatory Education & certifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Certifications in relevant technologies are considered an asset. Work location & telework 50% on-site / 50% homeworking. No travel expected outside the main location. Required experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Technical skills Mandatory Strong experience with SharePoint Online Solid knowledge of O365 / M365 Experience with SharePoint web services (Graph API) Experience with VBA and Office Scripts Experience with data migration to SharePoint Preferable PowerApps Power Automate Copilot (M365 AI tools) Business experience Mandatory Experience working in an Agile environment Experience providing end-user training Preferable Change management exposure Strong business communication skills Soft skills Excellent analytical skills Strong team spirit Clear and effective communication Agile mindset: focused, committed, open, respectful, courageous Change management awareness Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required
