Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and high-quality customer service

Organize client events

Develop customized offers through optimized CRM management

Analyse performance through KPIs


Requirements:

Fluent in NL-FR-EN

Have previous experience in customer service or sales, or have a higher education degree

Interest in sports, casinos, and bookmaking

Excellent communication skills

Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
