Get to know the existing systems and applications; Participate inuser meetings to detail their needs; Examine the needs of the users and analyse the functional specifications; Draft functional- and technical analysis report respecting the scope; Draft and execute test plan in order to guarantee quality of the project; Swiftly bring solutions to detected anomalies; Support the users where needed; Work in close collaboration with Business and the other IT teams; Ensure generalrepetition and going live of the project (potentially during weekend); Ensure maintenance and sharing knowledge with other colleagues; Ensure respectof planning and budget; Support and follow up of bug fixing process to deliver a highly qualitative product; Ensure high stability of the Production environment. Required profile. Technical Knowledge Must be able to work in an environment with a broad range of technical platforms (from packages over Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, cloud). Manage the relation with our external infrastructure partner. Manage the relation with external vendors if needed. Motivation and eagerness to learn is the most important thing. Functional Knowledge Being interested to learn about the domain and to assimilate the existing software solutions and the architecture and the functional applications is the most important driver. Being eager to learn, to understand and to criticize Business requirements to be able to choose the right functional solutions in order to buy or to build an adequate and performant technical solution.
