Community Manager

Contract Duration: 1 year

Location: European-based site (with occasional business travel for trade shows)


The position involves managing and developing the digital communication strategy for the company’s aftermarket division within Europe. The role contributes to strengthening brand visibility, engagement with partners, and support for ongoing product initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Communication & Content Management

  • Define and implement the multichannel communication plan across Europe.
  • Coordinate, create, and distribute content across all digital channels to reinforce brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others).
  • Produce engaging content: posts, visuals, videos, stories, sponsored campaigns, and internal materials related to product promotion.
  • Ensure community moderation, monitor interactions, and deliver performance reporting.

Emailing & CRM

  • Plan, write, and distribute newsletters.
  • Segment and manage the contact database (CRM / mailing list).
  • Monitor KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

Website & Campaign Support

  • Support website updates (news, product information, events) in collaboration with the product teams.
  • Support product campaigns, new launches, trade shows, and partnerships.
  • Analyze performance results and propose actions for continuous improvement.

Other

  • Occasional travel for trade shows or marketing events.
  • Use and management of marketing tools and digital platforms.


Profile Requirements

Education

  • Higher education degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or an equivalent field.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector or B2B industrial environment.

Languages

  • Fluent English required.
  • French preferred; additional European languages are an asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent command of social media and email marketing tools (e.g., Sarbacane, HubSpot).
  • Strong writing skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Good understanding of SEO and analytics.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
