We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer (L3) to deliver expert support for Azure and on-prem platforms in a secure, high-compliance environment. Hands-on experience with Azure, JIRA, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud troubleshooting is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Azure and JIRA-based platforms
- Administer and automate JIRA Service Management (JSM)
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Troubleshoot Docker/Kubernetes environments
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Java, or Groovy
- Monitor infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in cloud/application support (L3 level)
- Strong expertise with Azure, JIRA/JSM, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Skilled in Java/Groovy, Git, and scripting
- Solid knowledge of networking, PKI, Linux/Windows Server
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Fluent in English
- Must be eligible for a security clearance
