To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a curious Product Manager. Why curious? Because curiosity fuels teamwork, sparks innovation, and opens new possibilities.


Key responsibilities

As Product Manager, you drive growth by turning market insights into practical tools that empower sales.

  • If you’re a natural connector between product, marketing and sales and you thrive on crafting compelling value propositions, we’d love to meet you.
  • From launch to end-of-life, support sales with product communications and tools, ensuring they have the right materials
  • Keep our partner network up to date with new functionalities and roadmap through f.e. webinars
  • Trusted technical advisor to support in tenders and complex sales deals.
  • Drive growth with data: analyze market trends, build competitive battle cards, assess pricing, and leverage customer insights to refine product-market fit
  • Build business cases that show and monetize the added value of our solutions.
  • Craft compelling content: translate technical solutions into real benefits for our end-customers. Then, explain how our products help deliver these benefits in a way that’s easy to understand and gets people engaged.
  • Represent Televic at international trade shows, customer visits and industry events.


Professional skills we’re looking for:

You are a hybrid thinker, comfortable in both technical detail and customer conversation. You love turning complexity into clarity and insight into action.

  • A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or sales within a technology company
  • Experience in healthcare ICT, software or medical devices is a strong asset
  • Passionate & compelling storytelling skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • The ability to understand the commercial ambitions of our business and make decisions that drive revenue growth
  • Passion for innovation and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ideally, you are fluent in English, Dutch and French.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 30 days, full training into sales & marketing processes and more specific product training.
  • By 6 months, conduct marketing research and analysis, lead product demos and independently develop sales materials.
  • Your first year will be an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, shaping the success of our products, strengthening our market position, and making a significant impact on Televic’s growth story.
