Infrastructure Project Manager (Brussels – Hybrid)

Your responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, your core mission is to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end infrastructure projects, supporting both technical and business stakeholders. You will:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of IT production initiatives
• Support prioritization, budget control, scope management, and value optimization
• Monitor progress of features and ensure alignment with overall objectives
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and proactively remove impediments
• Provide strategic insight and create a safe, collaborative environment for all parties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technical needs
• Report to the Chapter Lead for transversal IT roles

What you bring

Must-haves:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure project management
• Deep understanding of technical and complex infrastructure architecture
• Proven experience with infrastructure delivery in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in Dutch or French (with good command of the other), and proficient in English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities

Nice to have (what makes you stand out):

• Familiarity with infrastructure migration projects
• Experience in enterprise-grade environments with multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management tools and governance best practices
