Infrastructure Project Manager (Brussels – Hybrid)

Your responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, your core mission is to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end infrastructure projects, supporting both technical and business stakeholders. You will:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of IT production initiatives
- Support prioritization, budget control, scope management, and value optimization
- Monitor progress of features and ensure alignment with overall objectives
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and proactively remove impediments
- Provide strategic insight and create a safe, collaborative environment for all parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technical needs
- Report to the Chapter Lead for transversal IT roles
What you bring
Must-haves:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure project management
- Deep understanding of technical and complex infrastructure architecture
- Proven experience with infrastructure delivery in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in Dutch or French (with good command of the other), and proficient in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Nice to have (what makes you stand out):
- Familiarity with infrastructure migration projects
- Experience in enterprise-grade environments with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Knowledge of project management tools and governance best practices
